We value flexibility, and all roles can be performed from any capital city in a state or territory or Townsville and are available on a full-time, part-time or job-share basis.

The key duties of the position include
- Case Management - leading complex employment matters, including potential misconduct and underperformance concerns.
- Wellbeing & Support - identifying and providing support to employees experiencing distress and hardship, working to find solutions to improve their overall wellbeing.
- Advice & Guidance - providing advice to managers and senior leaders on employment and ethical issues, to ensure decisions made are sound, practical, commercial, and legally defensible.
- Policy Development - identifying improvements to the agency's policy framework to ensure that our people are safe and respected in our agency and in line with the Australian Public Service values.
