At Autobacs, we’re not just selling products — we’re powering passion. As a Parts Interpreter, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience. From connecting with new customers over the phone to resolving issues and making product recommendations, you’ll be a key player in driving sales and making our customers feel valued, understood, and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make daily outbound calls to potential and existing customers, helping to turn leads into loyal customers
• Accurately process customer orders using Dynamics 365, with attention to speed and precision
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and urgency, ensuring a positive experience every time
• Become a go-to expert on our product range through training, research, and hands-on learning
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and a customer-first attitude
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure all customer needs are met efficiently
• Achieve and exceed call targets that contribute directly to the company’s growth and success
• Take on additional tasks and projects as needed to support the team
What You Bring:
• Previous experience working in customer-facing roles — you know how to communicate and resolve issues effectively
• A hunger to close sales and achieve targets – must have !
• Strong attention to detail, especially when it comes to order accuracy and data entry
• A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to stay composed under pressure
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Great multitasking and time management skills
• An interest in the automotive industry is highly desirable
• Experience in a sales support or target-driven environment is a strong advantage
